Registration Fee

Full attendee registration includes admission to all scientific sessions, lectures,the first abstract and one poster submitted, opening and closing ceremonies, welcome reception,coffee breaks, daily shuttle service between hotel and convention center.

Registration fee of accompanying family member(s) covers charges of opening and closing ceremonies and daily shuttle service between hotel and convention center.

Registration is not considered complete until the Registration Fee is received.

All participants should register and pay registration fee.

Students MUST show I.D. on-site in order to receive special rate. Students must have their department head sign the registration form in order to qualify for the student rate.

Refunds/Cancellation

Registration fees will be refunded, if your written cancellation request is received by the ICEO&SI 2011 organizing unit by Wednesday, June 30, 2011. There will be a $10 processing fee for any registration cancellation. Fax refund/cancellation requests to +886-2-2462-2192 ext 5032 or email.
